Posted Fee & Rate Schedule

These are the standard fees referenced in your Rental Agreement and our Rental Terms & Conditions. They are charged in addition to rent, itemized on your invoice or receipt, and applied to the card on file. Amounts are per unit unless noted, reflect our reasonable cost, and may change for future rentals — the version in effect when you book governs that rental.

Return the Equipment fueled and with DEF full, or we refill it and bill the following:

Diesel refuel service	$7.00 / gallon
Gasoline refuel service	$6.00 / gallon
DEF refill	$7.00 / gallon
Minimum refuel or DEF service fee	$50

Return the Equipment reasonably clean, or we clean it and bill the following as a reasonable pre-estimate of the added cleaning cost:

Standard wash / cleanup	$95
Excessive cleaning — caked-on asphalt, concrete, mud, or snow/ice	$350 minimum, or shop labor at $95/hour, whichever is greater
Hazardous or contaminated cleanup (oil, chemicals)	Actual cost plus disposal

Each rental includes 8 hours of use per day (40/week, 176/month) by the hour meter. Additional hours bill as additional rent, calculated from that machine’s own rate — there is no flat figure:

Daily rental	daily rate ÷ 8, per hour
Weekly rental	weekly rate ÷ 40, per hour
Monthly rental	monthly rate ÷ 176, per hour

Charged as actual, documented amounts (not flat fees) under Sections 7 and 13–14 of our Terms:

Loss of use (machine down)	Daily rate for the reasonable repair/replacement time
